Mihaiela Stuparu
Prof. Mihaiela Stuparu
Nanyang Technological University

Prof. Mihaiela Stuparu is an Assistant Professor in Chemistry at NTU. She obtained her doctoral degree in the group of Prof. A. D. Schlüter from ETH-Zürich, Switzerland. In 2009, she received the Ambizione fellowship from the Swiss National Science Foundation. Her research focus is on the preparation of corannulene-based polymers differing in their chemical composition and architecture together with studying their properties.


Shao Fangwei
Prof. Shao Fangwei
Nanyang Technological University

Prof. Shao Fangwei earned her Ph.D. in 2007 from California Institute of Technology. She pursued postdoctoral research training at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital from 2007-2010. She began her independent career at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) as Nanyang Assistant Professor in 2010. Her research focus is bioinorganic and bioorganic chemistry of nucleic acids for the applications to biomedicine, biotechnology and nanotechnology.


Shao Hui Lin
Dr. Shao Hui Lin
National University of Singapore

Dr. Shao Huilin received her BA from Cornell University and PhD from Harvard University and Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology. After a postdoctoral fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Shao returned to Singapore and started her research group. She is currently Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Principal Investigator at BIGHEART, National University of Singapore, and Joint Investigator at Agency for Science, Technology and Research. Her research focuses on developing integrated nanotechnology-based platforms for molecular analyses of novel biomarkers.


Tan Swee Ngin
Dr. Tan Swee Ngin
National Institute of Education

Dr. Tan Swee Ngin received her Ph.D. in 1991 from Deakin University, Australia. She pursued postdoctoral research training at University of Edinburgh and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne from 1991 to 1993. She started her academic career as a lecturer in chemistry at National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University in 1993. Her research focus is on the applications of electrochemistry and separation science for environmental analyses.
